At Blue Morpho Yoga, we strive to provide an inviting, safe, and nourishing experience for all who enter the door. We understand that every person comes to yoga for different reasons, different injuries, and different levels of experience. Our teachers are well trained to lead beginners, seasoned yogis, and everyone in between. All of our teachers have been through different and diverse trainings. Teachers will each offer what they are passionate about, so each class will be unique. We offer a Yin class, which is our most relaxing class that focuses on stretching and floor work. Stress Management is a slower paced class, while Meditative Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga will be more intense but at a medium pace. Power Vinyasa is our most intense class. Labor Day is Free Day of Yoga!

Join us on Monday, September 3rd from 10:30 - 11:45 am to celebrate Free Day of Yoga. Blue Morpho Yoga teachers will co-lead a vinyasa flow class. Class is completely free!


Arm Balancing Workshop 9/15

Do you love to go upside down? Have you ever wondered how to balance on your hands? Forearms? Head? It takes a lot of practice, time, and patience. 

This workshop will start like any other yoga class. It will begin with a few flows to warm up the body, and then move into the fundamental strength exercises in order to hold your body up, especially in the arms and core.
There will be free time to play around with balancing and to ask as many questions as you would like. This workshop is open to all levels no matter what your ability is. Beginners are encouraged to come as well as advanced yogis!

The workshop will end with relaxing, restorative poses that compliment and counter all of your hard work. Register Here
